Personalized plan – Together we design your coaching journey, tailored to your situation, your grief, and your goals.

Sessions – Sessions are held online or in person. Each session is a safe space where you can express your emotions, reflect, and receive guidance to reconnect with your energy and life.

Support between sessions – You receive gentle guidance, exercises, or reflections to carry the insights into your daily life.
