1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, services, and agreements provided by Everlasting Parenthood, including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, the “Stillborn” e-book and audiobook, and the “Stillborn Sisterhood” community. By purchasing or using any of our services or products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and Products

Everlasting Parenthood offers:

  • Personal 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Digital products: e-book and audiobook titled Stillborn
  • Access to the “Stillborn Sisterhood” community

All services are provided online unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via kennis.shop and Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Access to digital products or services is granted after successful payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized nature of coaching, no right of withdrawalapplies once the service or product has been delivered or accessed, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
  • Group programs or community access are non-refundable once started.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching or within the community is treated with strict confidentiality. We expect the same from all participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including the Stillborn book, audio materials, and coaching frameworks, is the intellectual property of Everlasting Parenthood and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Liability

Everlasting Parenthood is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
